The Home Electronics scheme allows you to sacrifice salary, over 12 or 24 months, in exchange for an extensive choice of goods from Currys.
You will benefit from the convenience of not requiring a credit check or paying for goods upfront. The process is straightforward and provides you with the flexibility of going into a Currys store; or ordering online and receiving free standard delivery.
Due to HMRC regulations, the HES scheme will close from midnight 21st February 2024 and reopen on 6th April 2024. No orders can be placed during this period.
The Home Electronics Scheme gives you the opportunity to purchase a range of items from Currys/PC World by sacrificing a portion of your salary. The Trust have to carry out a few checks to make sure that you are eligible for the scheme, such as being a permanent member of staff and ensuring that you will not be dropped below minimum wage.
Important Information
If your salary sacrifice agreement is terminated before the expiry date for any reason, for example your employment with the Trust ends, you will be liable for an early termination fee. For more information, please revert to the employer brochure which was emailed to you with your original contract at the start of your agreement which outlines the terms and conditions sent from Fleet.
As of April 2024, the national living wage will increase to £11.44 per hour for those aged 21 and over. We are changing our national minimum wage checks with immediate effect in line with this to ensure the protection of employees. This may affect your eligibility for obtaining salary sacrifice products, however as an employer we have a duty of care to ensure that any salary sacrifice is affordable in line with the national living wage.
