April 2024 Collection Dates
April passes will be available for collection from Freeman from 5.00pm Thursday 18th April. Passes will be available for collection from RVI and CfL from 12.00pm Friday 19th April.
Staff collecting from Regent Point have been emailed collection details - please contact the team if you have any queries.
Passes are ready to use on the 22nd of the month so if this is a renewal please do not discard of your old pass until after this time as you may be subject to a fine.
We would greatly appreciate if staff would refrain from calling the RVI or FRH reception desks to clarify if their pass is available for collection. These receptions are primarily for dealing with patients and members of the public and offer a travel pass collection point as a additional benefit for staff. Please note that staff must have their ID badges when collecting their pass. Reception staff will not release passes unless you have your ID badge.
