This promotion is available to new customers of the Days Out+ Membership and cannot be redeemed if an existing membership is active. This reward entitles you to receive a discounted annual subscription to the Days Out+ Membership for £9.99 rather than £29.99. Use of the Days Out+ Membership is subject to the Days Out+ Membership T&Cs.
The Days Out+ Membership is an ongoing subscription service, so your membership is continuous and renews automatically. Your membership will auto-renew every twelve calendar months from the date of your sign up for just £9.99. Your renewal date and subscription type is displayed under the "My Account" section when logged in to https://membership.dayoutwiththekids.co.uk/. Please make yourself aware of your renewal date, as Days Out+ Membership do not send out subscription renewal reminders. After the initial 12-month period, you can change the duration of your subscription to one of our alternative plans. Please ensure any alterations to your subscription are actioned BEFORE your renewal date. If you would like to cancel your membership, you must visit https://membership.dayoutwiththekids.co.uk/my-account and follow the "Manage Subscription" link under the "My Subscription" section. If you have any issues with this process, please email us at [email protected]. Days Out+ Membership will respond with an email confirming your membership cancellation. Your cancellation will be actioned on the same day and the use of your membership incentives will be removed immediately. You will therefore no longer have access to your membership effective immediately.
